Many stars rocked the red carpet at the Annual Grammy Awards 2010. The Grammys have always been more fun than the movies when it comes to fashion. You can expect to see some of the most innovative and inventive, or some of the plain pretty styles and designs at any of the award ceremonies. Jennifer Hudson, Imogen Heap, Fergie, Ledisi, and the incredibly sensuous Jennifer Lopez in a Versace outfit were among the many that graced the 2010 Grammys, each reflecting their individual styles.Country queen, Carrie Underwood was seen in a white asymmetrical gown with crisscrossing silver leather straps designed by Georges Chakra. To complement her dress was a Swarovski clutch purse and chandelier earrings.
Lea Michele wore a figure-cinching one-shouldered midnight blue dress with a cheery feather duster as a skirt created by Romona Keveza. Fergie’s electric blue, bust-enhancing mini-dress with a sparkly gold bisection from Emilio Pucci found favor with many of her fans who begged her to hang around with some more just to get a glimpse of her outfit.
Miley Cyrus’s fans will never be short of surprises from the singing sensation. Miley turned up in a thigh high, blue-green banded velvet frock by Max Azria. A pair of matching gladiator heels added to the rapidly maturing princess’ appeal.
The bold Jennifer Hudson was as usual a picture of poise and self-assurance in a Victoria Beckham original body-conscious black dress with a flared waistline and bust enhancing bodice. The dress was well complemented with a pair of platform stilettos and a great hairdo.
Speaking of being different – no one fitted the bill better than Lady Gaga in an Armani outfit that would be hard to describe. Pink on the other hand looked elegant in a ultra-feminine strapless gown with crystal-studded bodice and scalloped, color-blocked skirt.
Rihanna made her appearance in a white crepe Elie Saab gown with a fluffy collar, protruding pelvic panels and shoulder pads. Taylor Swift not only swept the Grammys but swept many off their feet in a glittery off-shoulder sapphire-blue Kaufman Franco gown.
Mya Fair Lady stole the red carpet at the Grammys in a liquid metal showstopper that was exuded a combination of sophistication and sexiness. Then there is Mary J. Blige who looked stunning in her fuchsia Gucci gown. The cut outs in the dress made it more interesting while the gown fitted her figure perfectly. Complimenting her dress were a pair of Lorraine Schwartz drop earrings and cuff.
